Common questions

Before you press the big friendly button.

Do I need to know what the problem is?

No. Describe what you can see, hear or were trying to do. Diagnosing the technical part is our job.

Can you help someone who is nervous about technology?

Absolutely. Tech Attack is designed around patience, plain language and moving at the customer’s pace.

Do you offer remote and in-person help?

Yes. Many software and account issues can be handled remotely. Installations, networks and physical setups may be better on-site, subject to location and availability.

How much will it cost?

Every request is a little different. You’ll receive a clear explanation of the likely approach and costs before work begins—no mystery work or surprise scope.

Can you recommend what I should buy?

Yes. We can help compare computers, desks, monitors, routers, smart devices and accessories based on what you actually need—not what has the flashiest box.

Not ready to book?

Ask a question first.

Tell us what you’re considering and we’ll help you work out whether Tech Attack is the right fit.
